Service Description

Six week small group experience led by a qualified holistic nutrition professional. Discover how your body responds to foods you eat as you learn important nutrition topics and experience a guided 3-week sugar detox with your group. Each week receive the program materials and support you need to enhance your learning.

Cancellation Policy

For Body Composition Testing remember to wear appropriate testing attire. For men this includes form-fitting spandex-type swimsuit or single layer compression shorts without padding. For women this includes form-fitting spandex-type swimsuit or single layer compression shorts without padding and sports bra. Note: It is extremely important to comply with all clothing requirements. Deviations from clothing protocol will result in invalid test results. For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
